The film revolves around four teenagers who live in a town named Baliya, also known as the city of rebels, in Uttar Pradesh. Plot summary

The film begins with a hilarious scene where Kerry (Satyajeet Dubey), who is desperate to lose his virginity, tries to have sex with Jyoti (Aradhana Jagota), who is his girlfriend and also a blackmailer. They are interrupted by Jyoti's aunt (Reecha Sharma), who catches them red-handed and demands money from Kerry.

Kadambari belongs to a family of band party musicians who perform at weddings and funerals.
