  Carl Duncan is a retired state employee who now runs his own real estate investment business. He has a B.S. M.S. and Ph.D from FSU and has honorable discharges from the Air Force and the Army. He is a former president of his homeowners association, served and/or serves on local advisory committees, is a District Committee Chair in the Veterans of Foreign Wars, and is a former candidate for the Florida House of Representatives.   David Jacobsen represents Precinct 4151, serves on the LCDEC Steering Committee as the District 4 Representative and is the past president of the Democratic Club of North Florida. Dave became actively involved in Florida campaigns when he organized a group of volunteers to work on Lawton Chiles campaign and he's been involved in every presidential and gubernatorial race since. He's also worked on Commissioner Cliff Thaell's campaigns. Dave has been a LCDEC member since 1990.
