Brent Miller is a political campaign manager for the Hicks Evaluation Group, a consulting firm based out of Tallahassee and Atlanta. He has experience in all areas of campaigns, including work for the Michelle Rehwinkel Vasilinda Campaign for the Florida House and Obama for America.

After serving the in the U.S. Air Force for 8 years, he graduated magna cum laude from Florida State University with a B.A. in Political Science. He currently serves as Vice President of the Democratic Club of North Florida. He lives with his wife Jen and their cat Rippie.

Joshua Hicks graduated from Florida State University, majoring in Political Science and Interdisciplinary Social Science. Heavily involved in local politics since his junior year of high school, Mr. Hicks has been involved in campaigns throughout Leon County and the State of Florida.

Recently, Mr. Hicks worked in Tampa, Florida for Healthcare United, an organization of healthcare professionals advocating for healthcare reform. Before that, he served as Program Associate for the Young Elected Officials (YEO) Network and in 2006, he served on the fundraising team for the Scott Maddox for Governor Campaign in Florida, furthering his knowledge about campaign finance and fundraising. Mr. Hicks has lived the majority of his life in Tallahassee, Florida and hopes to be a local public servant in the near future.

David Jacobsen represents Precinct 4151, serves on the LCDEC Steering Committee as the District 4 Representative and is the past president of the Democratic Club of North Florida.

Mr. Jacobsen became actively involved in Florida campaigns when he organized a group of volunteers to work on Lawton Chiles campaign and he's been involved in every presidential and gubernatorial race since. He's also worked on Commissioner Cliff Thaell's campaigns.

Mr. Jacobsen has been a Leon County DEC member since 1990.
